We had such a fun weekend at Olivia Beach. Our friends Tom and Kelly invited us up to their beach house. We had so much fun hanging out and watching the kids play. Drew, Maggie and Sienna had the best time together. At pizza she wanted to sit by Drew and Maggie because she said "they are her friends and she loves them." It was hard to leave since we had such a good time.
We had a very special Easter this year. It was so nice to have everyone over to celebrate. We had an amazing dinner and even better desserts. We enjoyed a very yummy adult beverage that Jim prepared. It was so good. We also played Apples to Apples which was very fun. The day went very well for our first hosting duties!! The pen even came out of the bedspread :)
Maggie was so excited for her first game. She wore her uniform to school she was so excited. She did really well. She goes after the ball and can throw really well for a girl :) She did great!!
We walked up to Forest Park this afternoon. It was down right hot outside. The kids loved being outside. Drew does very well walking to the park. He loves getting his steps in. He always tries to set a new record. He told me today he set a new record by getting 3,000 steps while he was still in his pajamas. Maggie does her best walking, but says her legs get tired. We end up carrying her a few times along the way. We are now starting to get ready for Easter. YIKES!! Lots of cleaning but the kids are trying to "help."
