My Valentine's Day gift to Jim was a cooking class. We had a great time learning new things to cook. The menu was full of delicious food. My favorite was the salad with candied nuts. Jim loved all of it. It was a very fun night.
YOu wouldn't believe it...or actually, you would...Tyee has already made 4 recipes out of the cookbook from the class!! And they are all fabulous of course!! That was so fun!
